Creative & Design Manager/Art Director

Conceptualise and execute compelling visual designs across a range of mediums including print, digital, and branded materials

Collaborate with the production team to conceptualise and develop compelling visual concepts for video content

Oversee and guide the creative direction of video projects, from storyboarding to post-production

Ensure the seamless integration of design elements, such as graphics, animations, and visual effects, into the final video output

Provide creative input and feedback to the production team to maintain the highest standards of quality and creativity

Manage and mentor junior members of the creative team to foster their professional development

Ensure design projects are delivered on time and to the highest quality standards

Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends and technologies to continuously innovate our visual identity

Work closely with the marketing and communications teams to enhance the overall brand experience

What we're looking for

8+ years of proven experience as an Art Director or Creative Manager in the video production, advertising, arts or media industry

Exceptional creative and conceptual abilities with a strong portfolio showcasing your design expertise

Proficiency in industry-standard video editing and design software, such as Adobe Creative Cloud, Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign

Keen eye for detail and the ability to deliver visually stunning designs that align with brand guidelines

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams

Problem-solving mindset and the ability to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines

Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or a related creative field
