Creative Designer

Job Summary:

We are seeking a talented and experienced Creative Designer with professional experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be proficient in both Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop, with a formal educational training in visual communication and product design. You will play a key role in developing innovative product and merchandise design proposals, collaborating closely with the Creative Manager and Sales Team to bring fresh ideas to the table.

Key Responsibilities:

Creative Design & Development:

Produce creative product and merchandise design proposals that align with our client’s brand identity and business objectives.

Proactively explore and integrate AI-based tools to assist and increase efficiency of the design process beyond conventional tools like Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop.

Conceptualize and design innovative product designs, promotional materials, drafting key visuals and preparing final artwork for production.

Collaboration & Brainstorming:

Work closely with the Creative Manager, other Senior Designers and Sales Team during brainstorming sessions to generate fresh, market-driven ideas.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure design concepts are feasible and meet project requirements.

Communication & Coordination:

Coordinate with sales team to ensure designs are produced to specification and within deadlines.

Project Management:

Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring all tasks are completed on time and to the highest standard.

Maintain meticulous attention to detail throughout the design process, from concept through to final production.

Ensure strong attention to detail when come to the stages of design - brand guidelines, size, alignment, layout accuracy and print ready formatting.

Prepare and finalize artwork for production, ensuring files meet printing specifications and are optimized for output.

Maintain sensitivity and precision when checking physical samples, especially in terms of Pantone color accuracy, material finish, and print quality.



Minimum Qualifications:

Diploma in Graphic Design, or any equivalent discipline.

3-5 years of relevant work experience in creative design, with a strong portfolio showcasing proficiency in Adobe software and critical design-thinking.

Strong sense of creativity, with the ability to think outside the box and deliver high-quality design work under tight deadlines.

Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment

Experience in product or merchandise design within a retail or an agency environment.

Familiarity with 3D design software and tools is a major plus.
