Creative Sales & Design Executive

Sound Malaysia Events

We are looking for a full-time team member who can handle both design work and sales support for Sound Malaysia Events.

This role is suitable for someone creative, organised, and comfortable speaking to clients. You will be helping us prepare event visuals, proposals, social media content, and also support sales follow-ups for corporate events, weddings, private events, and event production enquiries.

Job Scope

Design

• Create simple and clean event proposals, decks, flyers, and social media posts
• Prepare visuals/mockups for event setups where needed
• Edit and organise photos/videos for portfolio use
• Support branding materials for Sound Malaysia Events
• Work with the team to turn event ideas into presentable visuals

Sales Support

• Follow up with enquiries and potential clients
• Assist with WhatsApp, email, and social media replies
• Help prepare quotations and proposal materials
• Research potential clients, venues, and event opportunities
• Support sales outreach for corporate events, weddings, and private events

Event Support

• Attend selected events, recce sessions, or client meetings when required
• Help coordinate simple event details with the team
• Support on-site when needed during event days

Requirements

• Good sense of design and layout
• Able to use Canva, Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, or similar design tools
• Comfortable communicating with clients
• Able to write simple and clear English
• Organised, responsive, and able to follow instructions properly
• Willing to learn about event production, sound, lighting, LED, and technical setups
• Own transport is required

Working Arrangement

• Full-time position
• Role includes both design and sales responsibilities
• Some event days may fall on weekends or evenings
• Event allowance will be provided when applicable

Salary

RM3,000 basic salary + event allowance

Sound Malaysia Events is an event organiser that owns and operates its own sound, lighting, LED screen, backline, and event production equipment, providing support for corporate events, annual dinners, weddings, private parties, and live performances.
