C&S Drafter

We are a reputed engineering consultancy firm seeking an experienced Civil & Structural Drafter to support design development and construction documentation for building and infrastructure projects. The role involves close coordination with design engineers and multidisciplinary teams.

Key Responsibilities
Prepare detailed civil and structural design drawings in accordance with engineering calculations and specifications.

Produce reinforcement detailing drawings for concrete structures and basic steel detailing where required.

Develop tender drawings, construction drawings, and as-built drawings.

Coordinate with structural engineers, architects, and MEP consultants to ensure design consistency and clash-free drawings.

Implement design revisions, authority comments, and internal QA/QC requirements accurately.

Ensure compliance with local authority regulations, international codes, and consultancy drafting standards.

Maintain proper drawing registers, revisions, and document control procedures.

Support engineers during design submissions and technical reviews.

Requirements
Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent.

Minimum 3 years experience in a consultancy firm (mandatory).

Strong proficiency in AutoCAD; knowledge of Revit / BIM is an advantage.

Good understanding of structural detailing, design coordination, and approval processes.

Ability to work under multiple project deadlines with minimal supervision.

Strong communication and teamwork skills.
