C&S Inspector of Works

What you'll be doing

Ensure strict compliance with building codes, regulations, and safety standards throughout the construction process

Site quality inspection to comply with design drawings & specifications and direct report to Design Section.

To sign all relevant G forms as the site supervisory staff to comply with latest UBBL.

To review all site inspection & testing report and report in compliance to Design Section.

To carry out inspection of all construction work such as rebar, formwork, PT, steel work and others as requested.

What we're looking for

Candidate must posses at least a Diploma in Civil & Structure Engineering or equivalent

Minimum 5 years of experience as a C&S Inspector of Works or in a similar role within the construction industry

Registered with Board of Engineer (BEM) as Inspector of Work and CIDB

Experience in quality assurance and familiar with construction methodologies & operations

Experience in structural work and understand the C&S and architectural specification.(option).

Independent and possess good interpersonal skills.

Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and communication skills

Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to quality and safety
