Customer Relation Assistant (Proton Service Centre)

Job Responsibilities:
Service Centre:
-Greet customers, manage appointments & job updates
-Handle feedback, complaints, and CSI follow-up
-Coordinate with Job Controller & Technicians

Sales Division:
-Conduct post-delivery callback to customers
-Assist in managing SSI (Sales Satisfaction Index) feedback
-Ensure customer satisfactions

Requirements:
-Min. SPM/Diploma, with 1–2 years' experience
-Fresh graduates are welcome
-Strong communication & people skills
-Basic automotive knowledge is an advantage
-Able to handle fast-paced environment
