What you'll be doing

Identifying opportunities for process improvements and contributing to the enhancement of our customer service offerings

What we're looking for

Proven experience in a customer-facing role, preferably within the automotive or a similar service industry

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with customers and colleagues

Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a focus on delivering positive outcomes

Highly organised and detail-oriented, with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively
