-Lead development to client relationship building.
-Main accountability metric is client retention by maintaining a healthy relationship with clients.
-Listen and advise clients on what is the most optimal action based on their objectives and marketing needs.
-Continually upsell clients with solutions that are suitable with their situation.
-Conduct scheduled and ad-hoc meetings, presentations and proposals when required.
-Prospect/lead development to closing.
-Build and foster harmonious relationship internally.
-You will be working with digital marketing teams (SEO, paid advertising, social media) executing clients’ campaigns and projects for them. This would require you to juggle between different teams and people’s working styles to deliver the most optimal outcome.
-You will be working closely and trained by the digital marketing teams to understand the expectations, working processes as well as results in order for you to align them with your clients’ needs.

-Have interest and some knowledge in digital marketing areas to help businesses grow and tackle their marketing needs. You will need to go through training and working alongside us in SEO, Paid Advertising (Meta Ads and Google Ads) and social media strategy team to deliver high quality services to clients.
-Maintain neutrality, impartiality and objectivity.
-Dealing with many external stakeholders and internal team members, you will be exposed to many different points of stress and judgments. This would require your ability to maintain composure while solving an issue.
-Highly accountable

-Have 1 year of experience in a people-oriented role. (we will consider fresh graduates with ambition to undertake the role)
-Multi-lingual would be an added advantage.
