Customer Relationship Management Executive

Requirements
-Diploma or higher qualification
-1-2 years in customer service line / retail / online sales (beauty preferred)
-Communicate well in English & Mandarin (Malay is a +++)
-Fast typing, handle multiple chats, service-minded, confident closing
-Presentable, friendly, well-groomed

Responsibilities
-Via platforms such as Facebook, WhatsApp, Instagram, websites, and email
-Respond to customer inquiries promptly, introduce products and services to customers, provide professional advice, and assist with appointments, order placement, and after-sales follow-up.
-Actively recommend products and achieve sales targets, build good customer relationships, and improve satisfaction and repurchase rates. Coordinate with company marketing promotions (holiday promotions, member days, etc.)
-Organize customer feedback to optimize team services.
