Join our dynamic team at Global Precision Sales & Services Sdn Bhd as a Customer Service Assistant in our Permatang Pauh, Pulau Pinang location. In this full-time role, you will be the face of our company, providing exceptional customer service and support to our valued clients.
Greeting and assisting customers in person, over the phone, and via email
Answering customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
Processing sales transactions, returns, and exchanges
Maintaining accurate records and inventory levels
Providing feedback and recommendations to improve customer experience
Collaborating with the wider team to ensure seamless operations
