Customer Service Assistant

Job Requirements:

SPM or diploma in logistic management or equivalent.

More than 2 years experience in related or similar industry.

Able to work under minimum supervision and meet deadlines.

Good communication and inter-personal skills.

Good computer skills – microsoft office i.E. Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Etc.



Job Descriptions:

To prepare MAWB, HAWB, Manifest, AR & relevant airline declaration (if applicable)

To check the MAWB, HAWB & manifest closed by operations

Documents photostatting, scanning and sorting.

To send pre-alerts to the relevant parties.

To sort documents for the operations team to do custom clearance.

To dispatch shipping documents and custom form to the customer.

To file and archive all the shipping documents together with the custom form.

To transmit FWB to the respective airlines.

To prepare monthly and weekly billing data for Sony Malaysia.

To ensure that the requirements of the Quality Management System are complied with in accordance with the relevant quality procedures and Quality Manual as per ISO 9001:2015 requirements.

To perform any other duties/assignments as assign by the superior.
