What You'll Do
-Interact with customers through inbound chat channels, addressing inquiries and concerns with speed and professionalism.
-Provide clear and friendly responses to users, resolving technical issues or account-related questions with care and efficiency.
-Troubleshoot and resolve problems with empathy and a customer-first mindset.
-Deliver accurate information and helpful guidance to ensure a positive and seamless customer experience.
-Spot areas for process improvement and suggest ways to enhance service quality.
-Stay informed about current company products, services, and promotions to better assist customers.

-Fluency in Mandarin (reading and writing) is essential; proficiency in English is a strong plus.
