Customer Service

Qualifications：
Language: English, Chinese, Malay.
Education: Diploma in business/mass communication preferred.
Work Experience: Relevant experience in the customer service/help desk field.
Personality traits: positive learning attitude, strong sense of responsibility, honesty, and integrity.
Communication skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Job responsibilities：
-Handle inquiries from new and existing clients.
-Arrange make-up classes and communicate schedule changes.
-Notify customers of course cancellations.
-Must have relevant sales experience and be able to effectively close transactions.
-Ability to confidently handle walk-in customers and conduct face-to-face sales interactions.
-Prepare, distribute, and manage student certificates, reports, and starter kits.
-Process customer payments and ensure timely collection.
-Collect, review, and effectively respond to customer feedback.
-Assist with registration for contests and events.
-Complete temporary tasks assigned by management.
-Support and enforce the implementation of security protection policies.
