CUSTOMER SERVICE ENGINEER

Job Responsibilities
1. Technical support, including after-sales services for both internal and external customers.
2. Providing on-site technical support and training to customers.
3. Providing technical support to customers via email and phone in a timely and polite manner when encountering problems that customers cannot solve.
4. To prepare work log reports, maintenance reports, etc as required.
5. Assisting and actively participating in product presentations, technical interactions, exhibitions, seminars, webinars, proposal presentations, and related activities.
6. Ad-hoc work arranged by the superior.

JOB REQUIREMENT
1. The candidate must possess at least a diploma qualification and major in electrical automation or other electrical fields.
2. This position requires outstanding fresh graduates or at least 2 years of working experience in related fields.
3. Required languages(s): Mandarin (Mandatory), Bahasa Malaysia, English. We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients
4. Must be willing to provide support services after office hours.
5. Have extensive domestic and international travel and work experience. Willingness to travel within Southeast Asia, even at short notice.
