Customer Service Executive

Requirements

Familiar with export and import procedures especially Thailand and Malaysia.
Knowledge of computer based logistics systems.
Ability to communicate clearly via phone and writing.
Preferable candidate specializing in logistics / shipping line.
Conversant and fluent in written and spoken in Bahasa Malaysia, English or Mandarin. We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.
Work based in Section 25 Shah Alam.
Full time positions available.
Responsibilities

Responsible in day to day coordination function of entire Logistic Activities in order to ensure accurate and timely shipment pick-up and delivery, loading and unloading to both consignor and consignee.

Covers all logistics activities on an operational basis for Malaysia and Thailand.
Ensure logistics workload monitored well and under control.
Work closely with the trucking department.
Quick responding to customers needs or questions while executing the shipment coordination jobs.
Willingness and readiness to undertake additional tasks within ability to support and execution.
