Customer Service Executive

Requirements

Minimum SPM / UEC qualification; a college degree is preferred
Fluent in Mandarin (for Taiwan support) or Cantonese (for Hong Kong support), with proficient English communication skills
Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service or sales is advantageous
Fresh graduate is welcome to apply
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation capabilities
Ability to articulate technical concepts to users at all levels of technical proficiency
Experience or familiarity with digital content, mobile store, or hardware products is a plus
Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver exceptional customer service via phone, email, and chat, addressing inquiries on products and services
Focus on achieving key performance indicators such as customer satisfaction, first-call resolution, and service quality
Identify opportunities for service and process enhancements
Participate in ongoing product and procedural training
Support and mentor junior team members through knowledge sharing and collaboration
Preferred Skills:

Background in IT/BPO industry
Basic server knowledge and technical troubleshooting skills
Ability to adapt in a dynamic, fast-paced work environment
Familiarity with tools such as PSR, Fiddler, and Process Monitor is a plus
