Customer Service Executive

Requirements

We have 2 separate brands , KETOCAKE - Sugarless cake and CAKETELLA - Alcohol cake.
2 Different outlets, next to each other.
Available to work Monday to Saturday, 8am to 6pm. Sundays are for recovery! ( 5 working days).
Able to speak in English
Must have critical thinking skills to solve customer issues and provide creative solutions.
Have fun at work.
Responsibilities

Communicate Customer Enquiry via Whatsapp, Social Media, Phone Calls.
Handle Delivery order and Packaging to runners/customers
Assists in preparing delivery boxes.
Handle Complaint with appropriate solutions.
Ensure Customer Satisfaction and Operation Efficiency.
Communicate with Production Team to Ensure Operation Efficiency.
Liase with customer & Runner face to face to ensure they gotten the correct orders.
