Starting Salary: RM1,700
Working Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Job Responsibilities

Contact customers regarding outstanding payments and overdue accounts.

Communicate professionally with customers to understand their financial situations.

Negotiate suitable repayment arrangements and payment plans.

Follow up on promised payments and maintain accurate collection records.

Achieve individual and team collection targets.

Handle customer enquiries professionally while maintaining confidentiality.

Job Requirements

Minimum SPM qualification.

Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

No prior experience required — full training will be provided!

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Positive attitude, willingness to learn and a strong sense of responsibility.

Able to work independently and as part of a team.

Comfortable speaking with customers over the phone.
