Customer Service Executive

Join Daythree as a Customer Service Executive and be the voice that creates a great customer experience. You’ll support local and international customers, resolve enquiries, and deliver professional service in a fast-paced environment.

What You’ll Do
Handle customer enquiries via the assigned communication channels.
Provide accurate information and resolve customer issues professionally.
Support both local and international customers from different backgrounds.
Work closely with the team to ensure smooth customer service operations.
Maintain service quality and meet required performance/SLA standards.

What We’re Looking For
Minimum Diploma in any relevant field.

No experience required — fresh graduates are welcome!
Customer service/contact centre experience is an advantage.
Strong communication and writing skills in English and Malay.
Comfortable interacting with customers from different cultures and backgrounds.
Able to work independently and as part of a team.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
Willing to work on rotational shifts.
