Customer Service Executive ( BM / English ) - Ara Damansara

Requirements

You'll play an important role in:
-Handling all inbound calls pertaining to customer general enquiries, complaints, comments, feedbacks and other raising issue related to the company's products
-To exceed customers expectation in terms of customer service & accurate information.
-Work in a team to achieve the required KPI elements and SLA.

Responsibility
-You will be required to work on rotational and night shifts
-Each shift consists of 9 working hours and inclusive of 1 hour break
-Passionate on customer experience related tasks
-Able to work in a fast-paced environment
-Strong ability to multitask, prioritize and manage time effectively
-Possess at least a SPM or Diploma and above
-Required language(s): English and BM
-1 year of customer service experience in any related industry will be an added advantage
-Fresh graduated are welcome to apply – PAID TRAINING Provided!!
-You are required to work on site at Selangor/Kuala Lumpur
