Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Provide administrative and operational support to the sales team to ensure smooth business operations

Handle customer inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and professionally across all communication channels

Ensure timely issue resolution and achieve high customer satisfaction and retention

Perform first-level troubleshooting and coordinate with internal teams (e.g. development/technical team) for issue escalation

Proactively identify, analyse, and summarise customer issues; provide insights and suggestions for process or service improvements

Maintain accurate customer records, reports, and documentation

Coordinate with internal departments to ensure efficient workflow and timely case closure

Ensure first-contact resolution where possible and follow up effectively with relevant stakeholders

Provide constructive feedback to improve tools, processes, and customer experience

Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships

Perform any other duties or responsibilities assigned by management from time to time, in line with your role and for the effective functioning of the organisation.

Requirements & Qualifications:

Minimum 2 - 3 years of working experience in the banking industry (mandatory)

Experience in customer service and/or sales support roles

Proficient in spoken and written Chinese & English

Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills

Good time management, multitasking, and organizational abilities

Detail-oriented with high accuracy in handling data

Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Comfortable working with multiple systems and adapting to new tools

Additional Requirements:

Must have no criminal record and maintain a clean financial background

Positive, proactive attitude with strong sense of responsibility

Willing to work on rotating shifts, including weekends if required

Possess at least a Diploma or Degree in a relevant field

Able to start immediately is an added advantage

Willing to work on rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays when required, with appropriate allowances or compensation provided.
