Customer Service Executive

Responsibilities:
-Handle customer enquiries, orders, and complaints.
-Process sales orders, invoices, and delivery orders.
-Coordinate with sales, production, and warehouse teams.
-Follow up on order status and delivery schedules.
-Perform other customer service and administrative duties as assigned.

Requirements:
-Fresh graduates are welcome.
-Computer literate (MS Office).
-Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English, Mandarin (to liaise with Mandarin-speaking customers).
-Good communication skills and positive working attitude.
-Detail-oriented, well-organized, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
-Full-time position.
-Location: Lot 3, Batu 13, Simpang Balak, 43000 Kajang, Selangor.
