CUSTOMER SERVICE EXECUTIVE

What you'll be doing
-Responding to customer inquiries and requests via phone, email, and chat in a friendly and professional manner
-Resolving customer issues and concerns in a timely and effective manner
-Providing accurate information about our products and services
-Maintaining detailed records of customer interactions
-Continuously improving customer service processes and procedures
-Collaborating with other departments to ensure a seamless customer journey

What we're looking for
-Minimum 2-years’ experience in telemarketing or customer service
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with customers from diverse backgrounds
-Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
-A passion for delivering exceptional customer service and a commitment to continuous improvement
