CUSTOMER SERVICE EXECUTIVE

1) Customer Service Executive / Senior Executive

Responsibilities:
-Manage vacant possession and handover processes efficiently.
-Handle defect management, including tracking, coordination, and follow-up.
-Coordinate with stakeholders such as owners, project teams, and main contractors.
-Respond to homeowner inquiries and complaints professionally across all communication channels.
-Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, defect timelines, and rectification progress.

Requirements:
-Minimum 1 to 3 years of experience in customer service, preferably in property development or construction-related industries.
-Fresh graduates with a Diploma or Degree in Property Management, Real Estate, Business Administration, or related fields are encouraged to apply.
