职位描述
Attend to all walk-in, online, and WhatsApp customer inquiries professionally and promptly
Provide detailed product consultation on wigs (style, color, fitting, maintenance, etc.)
Follow up with customers before and after purchase to ensure satisfaction
Build strong relationships with customers and maintain long-term engagement
Handle complaints, feedback, and after-sales service efficiently
Assist customers with appointment scheduling and coordination
Maintain accurate customer records and update CRM system
Support sales team in achieving monthly targets
