Customer Service Officer (based in Petaling Jaya / Klang)

What You'll Be Doing:

Handle winning claims, customers enquiries and complaints to ensure swift resolution and satisfaction.

Assist in day-to-day operations and settlement process in sales office.

Assist in documentation and prepare sales and operation reports.

Support, motivate and coach front-line staff to meet the objectives of improving and optimizing the overall outlet performance.

Conduct periodic field visits to ensure compliance of outlet operating requirements and gather market intelligence.



What We’re Looking For:

Minimum STPM/Diploma/Degree in Business Administration or equivalent qualification.

Matured, self-starter and able to work independently.

Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia.

Fluency in Mandarin will be an added advantage as this role involves liaising with Mandarin-speaking customers.

Possess own transport and willing to travel outstation as and when needed.

Multitasker with good problem-solving skills.
