Customer Service Officer Support Sales (Mandarin Speaker)

-Serve as the primary point of contact for Mandarin-speaking customers, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing support via phone, email, and in-person interactions.

-Provide product information and technical support to customers, addressing inquiries related to printing and packaging solutions.
