Requirements

Minimum SPM qualification (Diploma/Degree is an advantage).
Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Friendly, patient, and able to handle customer inquiries professionally.
Basic computer knowledge (email, MS Office, or POS system).
Willing to assist in day-to-day operations when required.
Responsible, proactive, and able to work in a team.
Responsibilities

Attend to customers via walk-in, WhatsApp, and social media platforms.
Respond promptly to customer inquiries and provide professional assistance.
Promote and share items with customers through Telegram and other channels.
Pack and arrange delivery of items to customers via courier/LaLaMove.
Assist customers in finding, booking, or making special requests for products (e.g., branded bags).
Provide friendly and helpful service to ensure customer satisfaction.
