Customer Service (Retail) 客户服务专员

We are looking for a friendly and customer-focused Retail Receptionist / Customer Service Executive to join our outlet team. This is a front-line retail role, where you will be the first point of contact for customers and assist with enquiries, bookings, sales transactions, and day-to-day outlet operations.

The role is particularly suitable for candidates who are fluent in Mandarin and English, as you will be serving a significant number of Mandarin-speaking customers.

Job Responsibilities
- Welcome customers at the outlet with a warm, friendly, and professional manner.

- Attend to customer enquiries and provide assistance in Mandarin and English via phone, WhatsApp/messages, email, and face-to-face interactions.

- Assist customers with bookings, appointments, product/service enquiries, and sales transactions.

- Process sales orders, issue receipts, and operate the POS system accurately.

- Maintain accurate records of customer details, bookings, transactions, feedback, and enquiries.

- Follow up with customers when required and ensure a smooth and pleasant customer experience.

- Coordinate closely with the outlet team to ensure smooth daily retail operations.

- Handle customer feedback and complaints professionally, escalating more complex matters to Management when necessary.

- Assist with general front desk and outlet administrative duties.

- Provide feedback and suggestions to improve customer service and outlet processes.

Job Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience in retail, front desk, receptionist, customer service, or hospitality.

- Candidates with experience in beauty, wellness, retail, hospitality, or other customer-facing industries are encouraged to apply.

- Fluent in Mandarin and English to communicate effectively with Mandarin-speaking customers.

- Pleasant, approachable, and service-oriented personality.

- Good interpersonal and communication skills with a strong customer-service mindset.

- Comfortable handling face-to-face customer interactions and retail transactions.

- Detail-oriented, organised, and able to multitask in a fast-paced outlet environment.

- Basic computer skills; experience with POS systems will be an added advantage.

- Willing to work retail hours, weekends, and Public Holidays according to the outlet schedule.
