Customer Service (SG Market) | Fresh Grads Welcome | Hybrid Work

What You’ll Be Doing
-Handle customer inquiries via calls, emails, and live chat
-Understand customer needs and provide suitable solutions
-Manage and respond to cases from a shared inbox system
-Follow up with customers to ensure timely resolution
-Coordinate internally to assign and manage customer requests
-Conduct customer satisfaction follow-ups and surveys

What We’re Looking For
-Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
-Good communication skills in English
-Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills
-Comfortable working in a fast-paced, multitasking environment
-Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
-Experience with CRM tools (e.g. Salesforce) is a plus
