Customer Service Specialist

Handle customer inquiries via phone calls, WhatsApp, and online channels professionally.
Provide information on products, promotions, store locations, eye tests, frames, and
lenses.
Assist customers with bookings, order tracking, delivery updates, and after-sales services.
Handle customer complaints and coordinate with relevant departments for resolution.
Maintain customer records and follow up to unsure customer satisfaction.
Support branches with warranty claims, product exchanges, and service appointments.
Prepare reports on customer feedback and recurring issues for service improvement.
Stay updated on products, promotions, and company policies to provide accurate support.
Build customer relationships through follow-ups, reminders, and promotional
engagement activities.
Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
