Customer Service Specialist

Additional Info

Monthly Remuneration: Up to RM6,000 (Basic Salary + Overtime + Shift Allowance）

Off Days: 8 days per month

Working Hours: Day Shift 10am-10pm, Night Shift 10pm-10am

Work Location: Kuala Lumpur Ampang Park

Job Responsibilities

Accurately identify customer needs, offer genuine support, and ensure seamless order fulfilment.

Evaluate daily performance to continuously improve service quality and deliver meaningful value to customers.

Responsible for collecting customer data, conducting regular customer follow-ups, protecting user rights, and upholding the company's service reputation.

Stay up to date with the market trends, analyze the root causes of issues with industry context in mind, and drive continuous product improvement and optimization.

Provide guidance to customers and assist in resolving a variety of inquiries and issues.



Job Requirements

Proficient in reading and writing Mandarin. We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.

Strong sense of responsibility and commitment, with the ability to work under pressure and stay self-motivated

Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel

Foundational knowledge of finance is a plus

Willingness to work in rotating shifts, as the platform operates 24/7
