CUSTOMER SERVICE - TIK TOK

Responsibility:
• Track and report on creator performance metrics and analytics
• Identifying and prospecting new potential sellers
• Collaborate with creator, affiliate & seller on TikTok operations
• Assist in developing TikTok marketing strategies and content calendars
• Assisting users with inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and providing support regarding their accounts, content, or platform policies.
• Communicate with the creator, affiliate & seller through various channels like emails, chats, or phone calls to resolve problems efficiently.

Requirements:
• Computer-literate and able to use Microsoft Excel confidently.
• Communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia & English
• Fresh graduate is encouraged to apply
