At least hold an SPM certificate.
No experience required; fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
Able to communicate in Mandarin, Bahasa Malaysia and English.
Positive attitude.
Basic computer knowledge.
Ability to work independently.
Own transportation.
willing to work with shifting, public holiday and weekend
Working Hours: GJ Team: Morning 9am - 7pm, Noon 3pm - 1am (2 shifts)
Responsibilities

Resolve customer issues related to website , login and order issues.
Handle customer orders via official online plate form and social communication platform
Check and manage stock inventory reporting
