Customer Service/Admin Executive

Requirements

Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia; Ability to speak Mandarin is PREFERRED to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.

Must have experience in pawn broking, jewelry, or retail industry.

Able to independently handle basic process of gold pawn.

Computer literate – able to use Microsoft Excel, Word, and basic systems

Presentable and polite, with an outgoing personality and attention to detail

Able to handle confidential information with integrity and professionalism

Willing to work in shifts, including weekends or public holidays when required

Responsibilities

Greet and assist customers with pawning, redeeming, and renewing gold

Record and maintain customer information, pawn tickets, and loan documents accurately

Perform accurate gold valuation and verification in accordance with company standards

Maintain proper filing systems (digital and physical)

Answer phone calls, and handle general administrative duties
