Customer Services Coordinator (Trucking)

Job Summary
Be part of our logistics team in a fast-paced environment, managing daily trucking operations and ensuring smooth delivery coordination for our customers.

Key Responsibilities
Handle booking, inquiries, and complaints for trucking shipments.

Coordinate and monitor assigned customer shipments to ensure smooth delivery.

Ensure accurate data entry and proper documentation.

Prepare shipment notifications and pre-alerts.

Process billing for transportation services.

Requirements

Diploma in any discipline.

Minimum 1 year experience in logistics / forwarding (fresh candidates with relevant exposure are encouraged to apply).

Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia (spoken & written).

Able to work in Bukit Jelutong.

Willing to work overtime when required.
