Job Requirements
-Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
-1–2 years of Customer Service experience is an added advantage
-Experience in Banking, Financial Services, or Contact Centre environment is a plus
-Willing to work weekends and 24/7 rotational shifts
-Good spoken and written English
-Experience handling Live Chat or Digital Customer Service channels is an advantage
