Customer Support Associate

We are looking for a motivated and communicative individual to join our team as a Customer Support Representative. You will be the first point of contact for our customers, ensuring they receive timely and effective assistance. This is an office-based role that requires daily attendance.

Requirement
Language fluent in Mandarin and some basic computer skill
Handle customer inquiries via phone
Must have at least spm sijil
Age around 18 - 36 Malaysian
Working Hour = 9am to 6pm
Must be able to commute daily to the office
Work Arrangement =100% on-site(Candidates should have their own transport or live within a reasonable distance)
