Customer Training & Marketing Internship

Key Responsibilities：

Creative Marketing Assistance – Assist in designing simple marketing materials such as artworks, standees, and promotional visuals to support branding and communication.

Customer Training Support – Help organize and assist during customer training sessions to ensure customers understand how to use our systems and services effectively.

Data Management & Analysis – Support the team in organizing customer data and assisting with basic data analysis to provide useful insights.

System Support – Provide basic guidance to customers on system functions and assist in resolving simple issues to ensure smooth usage.

Market Research – Assist in researching market trends, competitors, and customer needs to support business improvements.

Qualifications：

Currently pursuing a Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or related fields

Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint

Good communication and interpersonal skills

Responsible, organized, and detail-oriented

Willing to learn and work in a fast-paced environment
