Data Reporting and Analyst - IT

-Further, expand and improve the usage of existing RRA solution to identify potential use cases across various business unit in CCB; undertake design, development, testing and roll-out of RPA bots as part of the effort to push for automation and process efficiency

-Further, expand and improve the usage of existing workflow solution to identify potential use cases across various business units in CCB; undertake design, development, testing and roll-out of workflow use cases as part of the effort to push for automation and process efficiency

-Work closely with Business Analysts to gather business requirements, design solutions and implement the solution using available automation tools

-Design, establish and maintain CCB DataLake to consolidate raw data from various sources into a single database to ease and simplified the access and extraction of data across CCB

-Undertake development of reporting solution using PowerBI

-Harmonized and improve existing reporting solutions with Dashboarding and Analytics

-Conduct regular training/workshop, a showcase of case study using automation tools to create user awareness in an effort to find new ways of doing things

-Monitor daily server/DB batch job to ensure smooth execution system jobs

-Continuously improve or eliminate manual system job process and replace with automated job processing

-Review, analyze current IT database/reporting & automation design to find opportunity for improvement and optimization

-Keep up-to-date with various automation technology, and continuously finding opportunity to adopt new tools and technology

-Support regional EDP data warehouse maintenance and support from time to time
