Requirements

Certification in Culinary or Diploma in culinary arts is preferred.
Able to speak in English and Bahasa Malaysia
1-2 years of experience in a similar role.
Proficiency in cooking techniques and food preparation.
Ability to operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently.
Knowledge of food hygiene and safety standards.
Passion for cooking with a willingness to learn.
Responsibilities

Assist in preparing and cooking dishes according to established recipes and standards.
Support the Head Chef in daily kitchen activities.
Keep the workstation clean, organized, and compliant with hygiene standards.
Follow proper food handling and safety protocols.
Inspect food quality and presentation before service.
Ensure ingredients are fresh and stored correctly.
Help monitor kitchen inventory and stock levels.
Adhere to health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
