Design & Marketing Executive

Sound Malaysia Events is looking for a full-time team member to support both creative design and sales outreach for our event projects.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys creative work, communicating, and turning ideas into presentable visuals.

Event Management, Marketing, and Graphic Design fresh grads welcome.

Job Scope

• Design event proposals, brochures, flyers, pitch decks, and social media materials
• Prepare simple event mock-ups and customised presentation visuals
• Support client enquiries, follow-ups, WhatsApp/email replies, and sales outreach
• Research potential clients, venues, and event opportunities
• Attend selected site recces, client meetings, and event days when required
• Support event coordination and live event execution

Requirements

• Basic design skills using Canva, Adobe, PowerPoint, or similar tools
• Good sense of layout and presentation
• Able to communicate clearly with clients
• Organised, responsive, and able to follow instructions properly
• Interested in events, branding, sales, and live productions
• Own transport is preferred

Salary & Allowance

Basic Salary: RM3,000
Site Recce Allowance: RM30 per recce
Event Day Allowance: RM100 per event
Sales Commission available for secured clients/projects
