Minimum 1 year of experience in managing paid advertising on Meta/Google Ads (conversion case studies required)
Data-Driven Mindset

Proficient in using data dashboards and spreadsheet tools, with the ability to deeply analyze performance metrics
Testing Expertise

Ability to continuously optimize audience profiles, ad creatives, and ad copy iterations
Rapid Responsiveness

Ability to quickly identify underperforming ads and propose improvement plans
Bonus Points

Experience with LinkedIn/TikTok Ads, or possessing professional-level client report writing skills
