Job Description

Requirements

. Plan, create, and execute TikTok content consistently
. Stay updated with TikTok trends, sounds, and viral formats
. Develop creative concepts that align with brand messaging
. Shoot and edit short-form videos (Reels / TikTok)
. Collaborate with team members for content ideas and campaigns
. Analyse content performance and improve engagement
. Work with KOLs or talents when needed

Responsibilities

. Diploma / Degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media or related field
. Fresh graduates with strong portfolios or active TikTok accounts are encouraged to apply
. Strong understanding of TikTok algorithms, content trends, and audience behavior
. Experience with video editing tools like CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, or similar is a plus
. Comfortable using or learning AI tools for content creation, analytics, or social media management
