Digital Marketing Manager

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Digital Strategy Development:

Develop, implement, and oversee comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with company goals and objectives.

Identify key digital marketing trends and emerging opportunities to keep our strategies fresh and competitive.

Plan and manage the digital marketing budget effectively, optimizing allocation across different channels.

People Management:

Lead and manage a team of digital marketing professionals, providing guidance, mentorship, and performance feedback.

Foster a collaborative and innovative team environment, encouraging professional growth and development.

Set clear goals, delegate tasks and ensure team members are aligned with the overall digital marketing strategy.

Social Media Management:

Manage and grow our social media presence on platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Twitter, etc.

Develop and manage a cohesive social media strategy to increase brand visibility and engagement.

Paid Advertising:

Plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, social media ads, display advertising, etc. Monitor and manage advertising budgets to ensure maximum ROI.

Public Relations:

Plan and execute PR strategies to enhance CHAGEE Malaysia's reputation and maintain positive relationships with the media, stakeholders, and the public.

Coordinate media relations, and press releases, and organize events to generate favorable coverage.

REQUIREMENTS:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field. Experience in the F&B industry is a plus. Proven work experience as a Digital Marketing Manager or in a similar role.

Strong understanding of digital marketing concepts, strategies, and best practices.

Excellent analytical, project management, and communication skills. Data-driven approach with the ability to interpret and act on performance metrics.

Creative thinker with the ability to devise innovative strategies. Strong leadership skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
