📣 We're Hiring: Digital Marketing Specialist
📍 Location: Southgate Commercial Centre Kuala Lumpur ( 3 days work from home, 2 days Work in office)
💼 Salary: RM4,000 – RM6,000 (Based on Experience & Performance)

🔍 Are you obsessed with ad performance, ROAS, and scaling sales through smart digital strategies?
We’re looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist who lives in data, loves testing, and wants to help us grow our online sales with clear, measurable results.
🧠 What You’ll Be Doing
This role is 70% data-driven, 30% creative testing. You’ll work closely with the CEO and product team to:
Analyze ad performance, ROAS, CPA, CTR, CVR — and all the key metrics
Track and optimize ad budgets across Meta (FB/IG), Google, TikTok
Evaluate product and clothing design performance to support promo direction
Launch experiments with clear hypotheses and weekly learnings
Provide ongoing recommendations to improve ad strategies and conversions
Align marketing with fast-moving fashion trends and audience behavior
🎓 Who We’re Looking For
1–2 years of experience running paid ads (especially Facebook/IG or Google)
Strong in numbers — Google Sheets/Excel, analytics, reporting
Familiar with ad testing frameworks, A/B testing, and audience insights
Bonus: Shopline, Looker Studio, fashion or e-commerce experience
Strategic thinker — you care about impact, not just impressions
