Digital Marketing Specialist (SEM Focus)

About the Role:

As a Digital Marketing Specialist, you will manage and execute digital campaigns across social media and online platforms to increase brand visibility and generate leads. You will analyze campaign performance and optimize strategies to achieve better results.


Our Roles & Responsibilities:

1. Plan, execute, and manage digital marketing campaigns across Google Ads and social media campaigns.

2. Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and competitor analysis to improve campaign effectiveness.

3. Assess campaign performance, investigate issues, and resolve underperforming ads, keywords, or funnels

4. Collaborate with creative and web development teams to design high-performing ads and landing pages.

5. Develop reports on campaign performance, insights, and recommendations for clients and management.

6. Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities within existing client accounts.

7. Stay updated on Google Ads features, industry trends, and best practices in digital marketing and paid media.


Our Requirements:

1. Diploma, Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, IT, Mass Communication or equivalent

2. At least 2 years of experience in digital marketing or a related role.

3. Experience in a Digital Marketing Agency is a plus.

4. Strong knowledge of Google Ads (SEM & SEO), social media platforms, and content creation.

5. Proficient in using social media management and analytics tools.

6. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; Mandarin proficiency is an advantage.

7. Ability to work independently and as part of a team
