Digital Marketing & Website Operations Trainee (Internship)

𝐀𝐛𝐨𝐮𝐭 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐑𝐨𝐥𝐞
We are looking for passionate and motivated individuals who are interested in building a career in website management, search engine optimization (SEO), and digital content development.

No prior working experience is required. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. Comprehensive training will be provided, including practical guidance on WordPress website management, SEO optimization, content writing, and digital marketing operations.

This position offers an excellent opportunity for individuals who enjoy continuous learning and would like to develop long-term professional skills in digital business and online marketing.

𝐉𝐨𝐛 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬
1. Manage and maintain the company's website using WordPress.
2. Create, edit, and update website pages and product information.
3. Learn and implement Search Engine Optimization (SEO) strategies to improve website visibility.
4. Write clear, professional, and SEO-friendly website content.
5. Conduct keyword research and optimize website content accordingly.
6. Monitor website performance and continuously improve user experience.
7. Work closely with the management team on website improvement projects.
8. Participate in both online and practical training sessions to continuously enhance professional skills.
9. Short-term overseas training in China (less than one week) may be required when necessary.

𝐉𝐨𝐛 𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬
1. Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.
2. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
3. Good command of English (reading, writing, and speaking).
4. Able to communicate in Mandarin to facilitate communication with Mandarin-speaking colleagues and business partners.
5. Willing to learn new skills and accept continuous training.
6. Basic knowledge of packaging machinery or manufacturing industries will be an added advantage, but is not required.

2. Successful candidates will receive structured training in:
- WordPress Website Management
- Search Engine Optimization (SEO)
- Website Content Writing
- Digital Marketing Fundamentals
- Website Performance Optimization
- Online Business Operations

Continuous coaching and professional guidance will be provided throughout the training period.


𝐄𝐦𝐩𝐥𝐨𝐲𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐈𝐧𝐟𝐨𝐫𝐦𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧
1. Employment Type: Internship
2. Internship Duration: 3 to 6 months
3. Internship Allowance: RM500 – RM1,000

Comprehensive training will be provided throughout the internship, including WordPress website management, SEO, website content development, and digital marketing.

Outstanding interns who demonstrate strong learning ability, performance, and commitment may be considered for a permanent position upon successful completion of the internship. Salary and career progression will be discussed based on individual performance and suitability for the role.
