Drafter

Responsibilities

Create and modify detailed construction drawings based on project specifications and site conditions, ensuring accuracy and clarity.

Conduct on-site measurements and monitor construction progress to ensure alignment with drawings and project requirements.

Collaborate with architects and engineers to ensure designs meet project requirements and building codes.

Update and revise drawings as needed to reflect changes in construction, ensuring they remain accurate throughout the project.

Maintain up-to-date documentation of each revision, ensuring the team has the latest information.

Requirements

Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or related field.

Minimum of 2 years of experience in drafting, preferably in the construction industry.

Proficiency in CAD (Computer-Aided Design) software such as AutoCAD, Revit, or similar programs.

Excellent attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in drafting.

Ability to interpret and draft designs based on verbal or written instructions.

Willing to be based at project site locations.
