Job Description:

Responsible for the preparation, compilation, revision, and updating of as-built drawings for architectural and interior fit-out works, ensuring full consistency with actual site construction conditions.

Update and improve as-built drawings in a timely manner based on construction drawings, design changes, technical clarifications, site instructions, and variation records.

Coordinate with the Project Technical Manager to conduct self-checks and revisions to ensure the completeness, accuracy, and compliance of as-built drawings.

Complete the filing, numbering, printing, and electronic documentation of as-built drawings in accordance with project and client requirements.

Assist in the preparation, organization, and handover of technical documentation related to as-built drawings.

Coordinate with other disciplines within the project team (such as structural and MEP) for drawing review and coordination.

Job Requirements:

Technical secondary school diploma or above in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Interior Fit-Out, or related disciplines.

Minimum 1 year of experience in architectural or interior fit-out drafting; candidates with experience in construction companies or main contractor projects are preferred.

Experience in preparing or compiling as-built drawings for at least one completed project is an advantage.

Proficient in AutoCAD for architectural and interior fit-out drawing production.

Strong ability to accurately interpret construction drawings, design changes, and actual site construction practices.

Knowledge of basic drawing specifications, drafting standards, and as-built drawing preparation requirements.

Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) for documentation and data organization.
